Under the general direction of the Operations Director, this position is responsible for administrative support of the operations department and reception coverage. This position will work 40 hours each week supporting the operational needs and covering time off throughout the Operations Team.

The Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides home based case management, service coordination, rental assistance and empowerment-based skill building to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking who are experiencing homelessness. The function of the Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate is to serve survivors who are homeless by helping them access and coordinate essential services to leave homelessness, maintain safety in permanent housing, and finally help them maintain that permanent housing and achieve self-sufficiency.

Under the general direction of the Resident Advisor Program Manager, the Client Support Coordinator will provide admission support, coordination and other client support services for the Community Shelter. The coordinator will do mobile and remote work to provide services to clients in the community shelter program.
Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Family & Community Shelter, the Residential Counselor provides trauma informed, strengths based individual, group, and family counseling to adult and child survivors of sexual and domestic violence. The Residential Counselor will provide support to clients on both the SAFE Grove Campus Family Shelter & Community Shelter Program.
The Shelter Advocate is responsible for serving as a source of support person to women, men and their children survivors or domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuser or human trafficking living in the shelter by providing them with the information, referrals and support necessary for them to meet their basic needs, assist with a comfortable shelter stay and refer to internal and external services that will help with the achievement of their self-sufficiency plan and personal safety.
The Youth Housing Navigator is responsible for identifying youth homeless survivors of abuse and complete confidential coordinated assessments for housing along with individual housing stability case management with foster care involvement youths; including help to secure permanent housing, community outreach and connect youth to community resources.

The Sexual Assault Training Program & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the coordination, delivery, and tracking of all Office of the Attorney General - Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services (OAG-SAPCS) State funded activities to all staff, interns, and volunteers.
