The Therapist (Bilingual) is a member of the Therapeutic Services Team. This position focuses on providing group, individual, child and family services in English and Spanish with adults, child, adolescent and families who have been impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence, commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking and child abuse and neglect.


The SAFE Development Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting a robust giving and engagement program targeting individuals through Direct Mail, Mid-level & Leadership Giving, and giving circles associated with these groups. This position is responsible for community networking, prospecting, cultivating, public presentations, solicitation, and stewardship for a large portfolio of donors and prospects.

New Posting Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate - Grove

The Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides home based case management, service coordination, rental assistance and empowerment-based skill building to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking who are experiencing homelessness. The function of the Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate is to serve survivors who are homeless by helping them access and coordinate essential services to leave homelessness, maintain safety in permanent housing, and finally help them maintain that permanent housing and achieve self-sufficiency.


The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate PRN provides face-to-face crisis intervention and support, discuss medical and legal options, and explain SAFE Alliance support services (such as counseling, legal advocacy and follow-up services). PRN Advocates are dispatched to any medical facility in Travis County. Present to accompaniment site within one hour of dispatch.


Under the general direction of the Resident Advisor Program Manager, the Client Support Coordinator will provide admission support, coordination and other client support services for the Community Shelter. The coordinator will do mobile and remote work to provide services to clients in the community shelter program.


Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Family & Community Shelter, the Residential Counselor provides trauma informed, strengths based individual, group, and family counseling to adult and child survivors of sexual and domestic violence. The Residential Counselor will provide support to clients on both the SAFE Grove Campus Family Shelter & Community Shelter Program.

The Resident advisor works to maintain a welcoming shelter to ensure a safe emergency shelter environment for our survivors of all genders escaping domestic and sexual violence.


The Shelter manager collaborates with a team of managers (client support services, operations and data collection, entry and quality assurance) who are responsible for the direct supervision of the Resident Advisor Team & Housekeeper at Family Shelter. The position is responsible for implementing best practices and will work in close collaborations with other shelter managers and the director, around client services, data collection/intake, client safety and other shelter operations.
