SAFE Alliance seeks a Executive Office Manager for the Administration program in the Executive Office department. The position also leads the Executive Office team, establishes service standards and administrative procedures, manages team workload and capacity, and ensures the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board receive consistent, high-quality support. The role balances hands-on executive assistance with team leadership, office management, systems improvement, and organizational coordination.

During that time, SAFE reached more than 50,000 community members through over 2,000 trainings, provided more than 150,000 nights and days of shelter and housing support, and delivered over 53,000 crisis intervention and advocacy services through our 24/7 hotline, walk-in advocacy, and direct support programs.

Position Details:
We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, exempt basis for an annual salary of $72,000 to $78,000 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at our Rathgeber Village Campus in the Mueller area. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses and will allow for some remote/hybrid work. This position currently requires you to participate in an in-office schedule with varied hours based on position and SAFE ability to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent years of professional-level relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
- Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible executive support, office management, or administrative leadership experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives, executive leadership teams, or Boards of Directors.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to endure exposure to emotionally challenging situations due to the nature of working with trauma survivors.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supervising or leading administrative professionals.
- Demonstrated experience leading administrative or executive support teams, including coaching, performance management, workload planning, and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and build high performing teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and cloud-based tools (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign, TEAMS).
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, or move objects.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time including up to 8 hours a day, working in a well-lighted, climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
- Occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, or extreme temperatures.
- This position requires driving. You must have a valid, State of Texas Driver's License (If in possession of an out-of-state license, obtain a State of Texas Driver's License within 90 days of beginning employment.) AND at least three (3) consecutive years of driving experience OR one (1) year of driving experience if over 27 years of age AND an acceptable driving record that covers at least the last three years of driver history.
- Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check if applicable), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test, if applicable.
