SAFE Alliance seeks an Executive & Strategic Initiative Lead for the Administration program in the Executive Administration department. The position advances CEO-sponsored initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve governance and operational processes, support responsible use of emerging technologies, and increase organizational impact. This role works closely with executive leadership, Board members, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Administrative Manager, and cross-functional teams while providing executive-level support to the CEO.

The SAFE Alliance exists to stop abuse for everyone by serving the survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence. We are dedicated to ending violence through prevention, advocacy, and comprehensive services for individuals, families, and communities that have been affected by abuse.
Over the past two years, SAFE has served 11,397 clients across our programs. During that time, SAFE reached more than 50,000 community members through over 2,000 trainings, provided more than 150,000 nights and days of shelter and housing support, and delivered over 53,000 crisis intervention and advocacy services through our 24/7 hotline, walk-in advocacy, and direct support programs.

Position Details:
We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, non-exempt basis for an annual salary of $65,000 to $70,000 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at our Rathgeber Village Campus in the Mueller area. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses and will allow for some remote/hybrid work.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent years of professional-level relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
- Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, meetings, events, and organizational priorities, preferred.
- Experience working within a nonprofit, healthcare, government, or mission-driven organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level support or coordinating strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and systems-thinking skills.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Experience evaluating organizational operations, developing process improvements, or supporting organizational research.
- Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, policies, procedures, or organizational documentation.
- Experience researching, evaluating, or implementing technology-enabled solutions, including AI, automation, knowledge management, or digital workflow improvements.
- Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and the ability to quickly learn new organizational domains, systems, and technologies.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority.
- Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check if applicable), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test, if applicable.
