Filling out an application can take up to 45 minutes to complete; but you can make this process faster by having your education, employment and certification history documents all together in advance to expedite your application process. 

Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. You will be contacted via email regarding the status of your application whether you have been selected or not to move forward in the process. We do not accept applications or resumes via email. All new employees regardless of status will be required to start their employment on either the 1st or 16th of the month. If the 1st or 16th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the start date will be moved to Friday or Monday, respectively. All employees will be required to attend a three-day new employee orientation that is held both in-person and virtually the first three business days of the month.

The forensic nursing program operates 24/7 and responds to requests for medical care and forensic evidence collection for survivors of recent sexual assault at the agency’s clinic and hospitals in central Texas.

The Counselor also provides advocacy when appropriate.
