You will be contacted via email regarding the status of your application whether you have been selected or not to move forward in the process. We do not accept applications or resumes via email. All new employees regardless of status will be required to start their employment on either the 1st or 16th of the month. If the 1st or 16th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the start date will be moved to Friday or Monday, respectively. All employees will be required to attend a three-day new employee orientation that is held both in-person and virtually the first three business days of the month.

The Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides home based case management, service coordination, rental assistance and empowerment-based skill building to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking who are experiencing homelessness. The function of the Youth Rapid Rehousing Advocate is to serve survivors who are homeless by helping them access and coordinate essential services to leave homelessness, maintain safety in permanent housing, and finally help them maintain that permanent housing and achieve self-sufficiency.


SAFE Alliance seeks a Resident Advisor for the Residential & Support Services Program in the Kelly White Family Shelter department. The Resident advisor works to maintain a welcoming shelter to ensure a safe emergency shelter environment for our survivors of all genders escaping domestic and sexual violence.


SAFE’s Sexual Assault Services department seeks PRN forensic nurses to join our team of outstanding and dedicated nurses. The forensic nursing program operates 24/7 and responds to requests for medical care and forensic evidence collection for survivors of recent sexual assault at the agency’s clinic and hospitals in central Texas.


The Senior Director of Development is a key leader responsible for driving fundraising strategy, overseeing individual and corporate giving, and leading donor engagement, special events, and community partnerships. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organizations mission by cultivating meaningful relationships and maximizing philanthropic support.
